Hi Luminita, where did you find the first one, and have you got any idea who that is?
He doesnt strike me as a fan. Seems like either
1. another celebrity
2. a private friend
3. A musician collegue/ co-worker
But in all cases, he seems like a nice person. Could be from the USA.
He seems of African- American or Caribbean background.
The location background suggests they are in a bar.
The red piano, paint on the wall and candlelight suggests it is more an artistic type of bar.
But it could be hotel bar too.
Doesn't strike me as in Turkey, rather Europe or USA.
Phone in Tarkans hand suggests he is in his free time, not on duty.
But he is dressed up enough, not completely off guards.
Year: around 2006-2007. But he is wearing the same shirt he was when on the boat with Bilge, somewhere around Dudu.

Yeah, in that last picture that woman is kind of scary, with her tongue hanging out and her shirt cut really low! She reminds me kind of Angie Dickinson and I dont know why. Not the way she looks really but the attitude.

She is an old Bond Girl.. Ursula Andress. She was a major sex symbol in the 60's. Her Bond Charater name was Honey Ryder.. lololol They always came with some play on words. Like the one bond girl name pu**y Galore.. lolol I am a James Bond fan from way back. Good old Sean Conner was my favorite. I guess Tarkan may have been a fan too or it was just for publicity back then. She was probably the one who wanted a photo with him at that time..
